“ Oh my gosh!! This place is awesome!! I am at a loss for words on how awesome the food is. First, I want to say that the workers here are really laid back and fun to talk with. They make you feel right at home. Second, let me tell you what I had. I had the buffalo-chicken sandwich. The bread had the perfect crunch and was buttered just right! The chicken, oh don't get me started. It was crispy, juicy, and the outside crispy layer was mouth watering! The sauce was savory that was on it, and the buffalo sauce was so amazing. It gave the whole chicken sandwich an amazing kick. The veggies and herbs topped it all off beautifully. I Really Really Recommend this sandwich and eating here!! Two thumbs way up! “ It was New Years eve and everywhere was closed. Some for renovations, others for family gatherings, and still more for reasons unknown. That's how I stumbled upon this gem - Known as Bouilla. I was in the mood to get laundry done and ring in the new year with a celebratory feast. As one does when one is of a mind. Clean clothes and a full belly, is there any better combination? But I digress - Bouilla was open and taking orders! The service was friendly and fantastic. I asked and they made it happen! I wasn't sure what to expect but I was not disappointed. Pictures of the Gyro and Ahi Tuna bowl (take out) included. Both were top notch. Definitely recommend. Will tell my friends. A hole in the wall Hamilton gem! ”
